WRITING ON MY FEET

Though I haven't been able to bring myself to blog about the sad, bad, scary, ugly state of affairs in the US of A, I still have a crazy-strong urge to write.

So, with the composer's kind permission, I wrote a dance to one of my favorite tunes by the brilliant flat-picker David Grier. The dance is my thank-you to the Sebastopol, California English Country Dance community – the superb callers and musicians, every person who ever partnered me on the dance floor, and the wonderful folks who make it all happen.

I call it PACIFIC RIM. (The title is a link; click on it for a look-see.)
