Rates and Terms of Service

The table below describes the variety of services offered and the set fees for these services. Fees are negotiable and may be adjusted depending on the condition of the material, requested turn-around time, uncommon project specifications or extenuating circumstances. Large projects (50+ ms. pages / 12,500+ words) are generally billed at half-day rates or, if preferred, for a flat fee.

Before work on a project begins, clients will receive, sign and return a Letter of Agreement detailing the agreed-upon parameters of the project, services to be rendered, charges and, if applicable, payment schedule. Payments are due upon receipt of an invoice; interest is applied at a rate of 2% per month or partial month to any payments not received within 30 days of the billing date.
